Art. 1 – Organizzazione

organizza a VERONA in VIA CASTELLO SAN FELICE presso PARCO COLOMBARE il giorno:​

* Sabato 14/03/2026 gara UCI INTERNAZIONALE XCO C2 denominata: VERONA MTB INTERNATIONAL, ID_178726 riservata alle categorie FCI, UCI OPEN, JUNIOR Maschili e Femminili
​
* Domenica 15/03/2026 gara NAZIONALE GIOVANILE riservata alle categorie Esordienti ed Allievi M e F. id 178727
* Domenica 15/03/2026 gara NAZIONALE MASTER riservata alle cat. Master tutti M e F. ( no Master Junior ), id 178727
Art 3 – Partecipazione
a) La prova è inserita nel calendario Internazionale Classe C2 per le categorie (Open ) Elite e Under23 , Junior, (Open Women) Elite-Under23-Junior ;
b) Nel calendario Nazionale per Master APERTA AGLI ENTI DI PROMOZIONE ( no Master Junior );
c) Nel calendario Regionale per Allievi ed Esordienti.
Art 4 – Iscrizioni e ritrovo
- OPEN E JUNIOR : Le iscrizioni per gli OPEN ed JUNIOR dovranno pervenire entro il 11/03/2026 alle ore 22.00 tramite iscrizione su Fattore k ( ID_ 178726 ) costo €25 per OPEN ed € 25 JUNIOR da pagare in loco al ritiro numeri/verifica tessere.
- ALLIEVI ED ESORDIENTI: Le iscrizioni per i ESORDIENTI ed ALLIEVI dovranno pervenire entro il 12/03/2025 alle ore 18.00 tramite iscrizione su Fattore k ( ID_178726 ) costo € 10 da pagare in loco al ritiro numeri/verifica tessere. La società organizzatrice si impegna a comunicare tempestivamente la non accettazione dell’iscrizione. Viene ritenuta valida la formula del silenzio assenso.
- MASTER: Le iscrizioni per i MASTER dovranno pervenire entro il 12/03/2025 alle ore 18.00 tramite iscrizione su Fattore k ( ID_178727 ) costo € 25 da pagare in loco al ritiro numeri/verifica tessere.

Art. 5 – Verifica Licenze, Riunione Tecnica, Operazioni di partenza

Art. 6 – Controllo medico
Il controllo medico si svolge in base ai regolamenti UCI, della FCI del Ministero della Salute e si effettuerà presso :
Via Castello S.Felice (Camper ) a Verona.
Art. 7 – Premi
I premi verranno corrisposti secondo le tabelle UCI/FCI (allegato N°3)

Art. 8 – Assistenza Tecnica
Sul percorso saranno predisposte zone di assistenza tecnica/rifornimento debitamente segnalate ed attrezzate. Potrà accedere solo personale accreditato (2 pass ogni 4 Atleti, singola zona), o con abbigliamento identificativo.

Art. 9 – Docce
Le docce e spogliatoi non sono previsti.
Art. 10 – Classifiche
Tutti i corridori che tagliano il traguardo dopo il vincitore avranno terminato la corsa e saranno classificati conformemente alla propria posizione.
​Il corridore che abbandona deve immediatamente lasciare il percorso e non ha il diritto di superare la linea d'arrivo.
Egli sarà indicato sull’ordine d’arrivo come “DNF” (Did Not Finish, vale a dire <non ha terminato la gara>), e non guadagnerà alcun punto in tale prova.
I corridori doppiati devono terminare il giro nel corso del quale sono stati raggiunti e lasciare la prova tramite una uscita situata prima dell’ultimo rettilineo.
Essi saranno classificati in funzione dell’ordine nel quale si sono ritirati dal percorso, il loro nome sarà indicato sull’ordine d’arrivo con il numero di giri di ritardo accumulati.
Le Classifiche verranno trasmesse alla FCI e ad UCI, come da vigenti regolamentazioni, su foglio Excell
Art. 11 – Cerimonia protocollare
La cerimonia protocollare si svolgerà al termine di ogni prova.

Art. 12 – Assistenza sanitaria
Il servizio di assistenza sanitaria è composto da 1 medico e da 2.ambulanze.
Il pronto soccorso più vicino è quello di Verona , Borgo Trento (VR) lungadige Attiraglio, 1

Art.13 – Autorizzazione uso micro camera
L’Organizzatore, per esigenze televisive, è autorizzato a far utilizzare una micro-camera anche in gara, ad un’Atleta espressamente individuato e disponibile. Il nominativo sarà comunicato al Presidente di Giuria, sollevandolo da qualsiasi responsabilità.

Art. 14 – Responsabilità
Nessuna responsabilità, di qualunque natura, per danni a persone od a cose derivanti da incidenti o per illeciti compiuti dai partecipanti alla manifestazioni, può in alcun modo far capo all’organizzazione ed a coloro che con la stessa collaborano. Per quanto non contemplato nel presente regolamento, Il Collegio di Giuria applicherà il regolamento dell’UCI e della FCI e le leggi dello Stato Italiano.

* on the 14/03/2026 an International event for Elite e Junior , called VERONA MTB INTERNATIONAL, ID_ 178726 class C2 speciality XCO.
*on the 15/03/2026 an National event for Under15 & Under17, called VERONA MTB NATIONAL, ID_ 178727 . class XCN.
*on the 15/03/202 an Nationale event for Master, called VERONA MTB NATIONAL, ID_ 178727 , class XCN
The course length is 4000 meters with a difference in height of 150 meters.
In the attached map the following locations are listed: the jury facilities, the doping control, the first aid, the press room, the management organization, showers and the area for washing bicycles.

Art 2 – Kind of race
The race is part of the UCI international/national calendar in compliance with UCI/FCI rules and it assigns points as in the Annex No. 1.

Art 3 – Participation
The race is part of the UCI International calendar, class C2, for the following categories: (Open Men) Elite e Under23 , (Open Women) Elite-Under23-Junior,

Art 4 – Licences checking Headquarters
Entries for Open and Junior must be received by 11/03/2026 at 22:00 for Italian Team through a “Fattore K” registration ( ID_178726 ), for foreign team throug the entry form on this link www.giomas.org/vrmtb-iscrizioni
cost €25 OPEN and €25 Junior before 11.03.2026 10 p.m. pay by cash to Verona.
The race is by invitation, registration can be done through a registration form, in the form of a letter or mail sent by the rider’s society to the organizers, who must receive it not later than 11/03/2026

Entries for Master and U15 e U17 must be received by 12/03/2026 at 22:00 through a “Fattore K” registration ID_178727 cost € 25 MASTER and € 10 U15 and U17 .
Art. 5 – Checking licenses, Technical Meeting, starting operations and Departure operations
Starting order. Riders shall assemble in the call-up zone 15 minutes before the start
Art. 6 – Antidoping control
The anti-doping control will be carried out in accordance with the regulations of UCI , the FCI and the Ministry of Health and will take place at Via Castello San Felice ( Camper ) 1 a Verona.

Art. 7 – Prizes
The prizes will be paid in agreement with the UC/FCI tables (see please the Annex No.3)
​
Art. 8 – Technical support
On the course, areas of technical support /supply duly marked and equipped will be available. Access is allowed only to accredited staff (2 passes each 4 riders, single zone) or with identification clothes.
On the course there will be a double box for technical support for the riders near to a cleaning bike site.
Art. 9 – Showers
The showers NOT ALLOWED.

Art. 10 – Classification
All riders crossing the finish line after the winner are considered having finished the race and they will be classified as their position on that moment.
The riders who will not finish the race must leave immediately the race course and they are forbidden to cross the finish line; on the final standing they will be marked with DNF (Did Not Finish) and they will not be given any point for the race.
Overlapped riders must finish the lap they are racing and then leaving the circuit by the exit located 200 mt. before the finish line.
They will be classified in the order they left the race, their names will be indicated with the number of times they have been overlapped.
Results will be communicated on Excel Format to UCI and FCI, in accordance with their existing regulations.

Art. 11 – Award ceremony
The award ceremony will be held after the end of each race.
​
Art. 12 – Medical support
Medical support is provided by1. doctor and 2. Ambulances.
The closest Hospital with A&E department is located in VERONA, Borgo Trento (VR)
Art.13 – Authorization for micro camera usage
The Organizer, for broadcasting purposes, is allowed to select an available rider and let him wear a micro camera during the race. The name of the chosen rider will be communicated to the Commissaire Panel’s President, raising him from any responsibility.

Art. 14 – Responsibility
No liability of any kind for damage to persons or property resulting from accidents or offenses committed by participants in the events, can in no way lead to head the organization and those who collaborate with the same. Although not covered in this regulation the Commissaire Panel will apply the UCI and FCI regulation in compliance with the Law of the Italian State.
